Administration and Auxiliary Staff
Leslie Briggs has been involved in education for 34 years. She has taught and served as an administrator during this time. She has also served as a supervisor for student teachers at WWU. Mrs. Briggs holds a BA in Physical Education and an MAT, with Specialization in Educational Leadership, a California Multiple Subjects Credential and an SDA Professional Credential as well as an Administrator Certificate. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner.
Mrs. Baroro arrived at MVA in 2007. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University with a minor in Hospitality Management. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the school finances, planning and reporting and risk management. She also has taught accounting and personal finance to our students and has enjoyed working with families as they make decisions regarding Christian education.
Mr. Baroro is responsible for overall campus janitorial, maintenance, campus project management and oversight of the student worker team. Mr. Baroro joined the MVA Family in 2008 after working as a manager in the transportation industry and a supervisor in the construction industry specializing in home and business remodels. He enjoys playing basketball, paddling, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his nephews. He enjoys working at Mountain View Academy because of the students and the diversity in his job.
